• Newsletter: email address and status (confirmed/active).
• Bookings: processed via our booking partner; see their policy.

• Answer your contact requests and organize your events.
• Send the newsletter (only after subscription).
• Improve the site and measure aggregated audience.
• Meet our legal obligations (accounting, tax).

Legal basis

Consent (newsletter, non-essential cookies), contract performance (bookings) and legitimate interests (security, analytics).

Retention

• Contact / stag-hen requests: 24 months after the last exchange.
• Newsletter: until unsubscription.

Hosting and delivery: Cloudflare, Inc. (global network with EU presence). Email: standard SMTP providers. No data is sold to third parties.
