1. Scope

These terms govern the use of services offered by RealFly SA in Sion (indoor flights, packages, parties, stag/hen, gift vouchers).

2. Booking

Bookings are made via our official platform and confirmed after payment. Your slot is guaranteed once you receive the confirmation email.

3. Prices

Prices are quoted in CHF, VAT included. RealFly SA may update prices at any time; the price applicable is the one in force at the time of booking.

4. Cancellation & rescheduling

• Free cancellation up to 48 h before the slot.
• Between 48 h and 24 h: free rescheduling subject to availability.
• Less than 24 h or no-show: full price is due.

5. Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the issue date, non-refundable, but transferable.

6. Safety & access conditions

• Minimum age: 5 years for Kids Club; conditions apply per pack.
• Maximum weight: 120 kg.
• Contraindicated: pregnancy, heart conditions, recent shoulder/neck injuries, recurring dislocations.
• The safety briefing is mandatory before tunnel access.

7. Liability

RealFly SA takes every measure to ensure participant safety. Indoor flying remains a physical activity: each participant declares being in good health and fit for the activity. Participants are covered by our public liability insurance during the activity; personal belongings remain their responsibility.

8. Image rights

Photos and videos may be taken during the activity for promotional purposes. Any participant may object in writing before or during the session.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Sion (Valais).
