Indeed, the free fall simulator is not meant only for professionals.

Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian on the flight day.

Some restrictions:

• You must not weigh more than 120 kg

• You must not have heart problems

• You must not be pregnant

• You must not be under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances

• You must not have back, neck or shoulder problems

About 30 minutes before your flight, an instructor will meet you to provide your flight gear and go over flying techniques and safety rules.

Any delay could lead to cancellation, so we build in this buffer time to ensure you have the best and safest experience.

**Here’s how your session will run:**

1.  **1 hour before your flight:** Check-in
2.  **30 minutes before your flight:** Technical briefing, safety instructions, and gearing up
3.  **Flight Time:** Enter the wind tunnel for your flights
4.  **After your flights:** Debriefing, photos, and feedback – plan to be with us for about 2 hours in total

To make the most of your experience, please be sure to arrive at reception 1 hour before your scheduled flight time for check-in.

Here are our recommendations:

• Comfortable attire: Choose sportswear or casual clothes that allow plenty of freedom of movement. A long-sleeved t-shirt or top, paired with trousers or leggings, is ideal. Avoid clothing that's too baggy or has elements that could come loose (like jewellery, zips, or drawstrings).

• Light layers: The temperature inside the simulator is regulated and comfortable. Opt for lightweight, breathable fabrics like cotton or synthetic blends to stay comfortable throughout your flight.

👟 Shoes:

• Closed, well-fitting shoes: We recommend trainers or sports shoes with laces. Avoid sandals, flip-flops, high heels, or shoes with smooth soles, as they might not offer enough support.

💇 Hair:

• Tied-back hair: For safety and comfort, long hair should be tied in a ponytail, plait, or with a headband. This stops it moving under your helmet and ensures better visibility during the flight.
